Download file is too long in iOS?

I am facing the problem of downloading 1 large data file (about 1 GB .zip file).

I used your example + my link.
Time to complete download under the same conditions (same wifi network):
- iOS (iPad Mini 3, iOS 12.5.1): **500 ~ 700** sec.
- Android (version 7.0): **160 ~ 250** sec.

So Why is there such a big difference in download completion time between Android and iOS?
