Android 15 Compatibility Issues with Deprecated APIs

**Describe the bug**

When targeting Android 15 (SDK 35), the plugin triggers warnings about deprecated APIs related to status bar color management (`Window.setStatusBarColor`) and requires 16KB native library alignment. The warnings appear in Google Play Console and may affect app compatibility.

**Error Messages**
1. `Edge-to-edge may not display for all users` (related to window insets)
2. `Your app uses deprecated APIs or parameters for edge-to-edge` (specifically `android.view.Window.setStatusBarColor`)

3. `Recompile your app with 16 KB native library alignment`

**To Reproduce**

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Create new Flutter project with `flutter_downloader: ^1.12.0`
2. Set `compileSdkVersion` and `targetSdkVersion` to 34
3. Build release APK/AAB
4. Submit to Google Play Console

**Expected behavior**

The plugin should:
- Use modern `WindowCompat` APIs instead of deprecated `Window` methods
- Support edge-to-edge displays properly
- Provide properly aligned native libraries for 16KB pages
