**New maintainer (if applicable):** @luca-colazzo
**Reason for transfer:** It will be dead otherwise and deserves a good maintainer, the current maintainer (@prateekmedia) doesn't have time to maintain it.
**Comments:** Material UI would be incomplete without a speed dial.

I can ask @darioielardi (owner of the package) if he would like to transfer it here, He is not maintaining it due to his job, Once this is approved he will surely transfer it.
