**Reason for transfer:** Discontinued, see https://github.com/google/charts/issues/798
**Comments:** There currently is no good charts package for Flutter that is really trustable and also widely used by the community. I'm quite surprised there was not an issue opened here before. Google was clearly somewhat proud of this package, as they put it in their main org.

The package name `charts` is currently take, but in my opinion is also breaking the name squatting policy. If so, it likely would be possible to get the name, otherwise maybe `charts_plus` or `charts_flutter_plus`?
