**Reason for transfer:** [REASON WHY YOU WANT TO TRANSFER THE PACKAGE TO FLUTTER COMMUNITY] The original author of flutter_svg unfortunately passed away. I created a fork of flutter_svg called flutter_svg_plus to make it WASM compatible. It would be better if this package is maintained by the flutter community.
