Description
因为项目需要根据不同网络环境给用户提供是否播放视频的选择，我发现只能暂停视频播放，但是无法停止视频缓冲，这样在4G网络下用户依然会消耗流量，这是很不好的体验，不知道能不能增加，允许是否缓冲的属性
