how jump to latest Live Video playback time ?

Description
the live streaming in the player will be LATE when i moved to other app and get back to the player ,
how can we reload the latest playback time, or just jump to the latest playback time ?
or how can we play the live stream continuously even we go to other app or we pressed go home button , ,, without sounds ?
