Research direction

Start with Flutter's linked guide for plugin authors, then inspect the android_id plugin's Kotlin Gradle Plugin usage and Android build configuration. The migration is complete when the plugin uses Built-in Kotlin as described by the guide and the warning no longer appears for apps using android_id.
