Description
The most notable changes in [Navigation bar](https://m3.material.io/components/navigation-bar/overview) include a reduced default height and an updated layout on wider screens, where items may arrange horizontally. There are also minor styling adjustments to colors and text.

We should investigate updating existing `NavigationBar` to support M3E.
