[image_picker] maxWidth and maxHeight increase image size

Description
### Steps to reproduce
1. store image in gallery. in my case it is 49kb size and 700*850 resolution
2. use method `pickMultiImage` with `maxWidth: 3000` and `maxHeight: 3000`
### Expected results
result image keeps resolution and size because it's smaller maxWidth and maxHeight
### Actual results
result image keeps resolution, but will have 98kb size
