For Flutter Project, Sync Project with Gradle Files toolbar icon does not appear in the actual toolbar

Hello

I have Flutter project in Android studio.

Android Studio Customize Main Toolbar has Sync Project with Gradle Files.

Issue: The elephant icon does not appear in the actual toolbar.

After changing the gradle (8.5) version to match the most current stable Java version 21, I cannot sync gradle.

I get an error during the regular run if my gradle version does not match Java.

I cannot sync project with gradle b/c the elephant button is not available in the toolbar.
