Very slow debugger

On my flutter project when debugger reaches a breakpoint - Android Studio UI is freezes, mac rainbow loader appears and it stays frozen for 5-7 seconds. Same goes on the next breakpoint or when debugger does any other action like 'step-over'. Same project works fine on my colleague's mac with the same specs. Same on a new flutter project. I tried flutter clean command, re-install AS, reset settings to default, increase heap size for AS. Nothing helped.

Steps:
In my case is just a freshly generated flutter project and a breakpoint in any part of it.
