Description
## Steps to Reproduce
Open the inspector in IntelliJ and Devtools at the same time and then set the selection to multiple different values from DevTools. IntelliJ and DevTools will begin fighting over selection. If you toggle inspector display on the device you will see the inspector selection visually jump back and forth on the device.
