Hi, I tried to delete the bin/cache/ directory in my flutter. After that I am facing this issue. I can't able to run my app or start or stop.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the original Dart-Code issue and the Flutter plugin's handling of `pub get` versus `flutter pub get`. Reproduce the failure after removing `bin/cache/`, then identify the relevant plugin entry point and verify that Flutter projects no longer attempt to resolve `flutter_test` from an unavailable SDK.
