Toggle verbose logging from console tab directly

Would be really useful to have access to native logs on demand.

For example on my app I had to do native plugins to support IoT devices, once in a while I have a crash inside of those... And I'm unable to see the logs of this crash right away.

Would be nice for those cases to have a toggle accessible to enable verbose console and see the native logs, like this I'll be able to see the native crash after they appen easily.

Let me know if I'm not clear ^^
