Add project files location display to project creation dialog

After #2062 we should display the project files location clearly.

Add another read-only field, either at top or bottom, that shows the full path to the project directory.
Give it a label like "New project files will be written to this directory:"
and in the space below that display "/"
(in system-dependent path syntax, of course).
