new class in new file

Hello,

I would like to be able to create new class in new file, not only in the same file.

example:

I write `new ClassName();`
I press alt+ENTER and I get option to choose `create class in new file`.

Here is picture how it works in flex plugin

Instead of package, there should be directory structure. imports should be made autmatically ect...
