Description
I've been manually deleting the closed and merged Daily Dev Bump branches. I see there is [logic](https://github.com/flutter/devtools/blob/37e155465f59cb1d83b267cb321f8e353c629bd1/.github/workflows/daily-dev-bump.yaml#L117) to try to clean them up, but that doesn't seem to be getting triggered. It also looks like that's just for closed PRs and not for merged PRs.
One option is to fork and clone the DevTools repo from the workflow, instead of only cloning it. That way the branches aren't being opened in the DevTools repo itself.
