Support reviewing history for the logging screen

There's currently no visual change in the logging page when we lose the device connection. We should make sure there is (put a subtle transparent overlay on the logging items?), and do something similar on the other pages as well.

Start by locating the logging screen and the code handling device disconnection. Compare how the other pages represent a lost connection, then determine the intended visual treatment for logging items and similar pages. Done means the disconnected state is visibly indicated on the logging page and the agreed equivalent pages.
