Add Url to the attachment popup menu

Description
It should be possible to add a url as an attachment by clicking the 'Add attachment' popup. Now, only photo, image and file is supported.
Furthermore, it should be possible to add files from Google Drive. A possibility could be to modify the popup menu, as such, by adding an attachmentMenuBuilder paramenter, or something similar.
