masking multiple occurences of the text

Hi,

I would like to mask multiple occurrences of the email in the message field. For example suppose we have following message:
message: user aa@ee.com send mail to bb@cc.com
Can I use functionality described in https://github.com/fluent/fluent-plugin-sanitizer/issues/2#issuecomment-878621979 to mask all matches or it only supports one match?
