help request: fluentbit namespace

### Describe the issue

If I create a fluentbit resource on the same namespace it is created, but If i create a fluentbit resource on an anotther namespace nothing happened.
Since FluentBit is a namespaced resource I assume there is a way that configure the operator to watch on all namespace, but I not found that.

### How did you install fluent operator?

I've installed the operator with helm.
