Description
**Describe the bug**
There is the Japanese translation file "ja-JP.json" for flowable-ui.
But recent browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) seem to use "ja" as a language code, so the UI is displayed in English, not in Japanese.
**Expected behavior**
The UI is displayed in Japanese when my browser is set to use Japanese.
