Flexibility in view layout

In most of cases I have the same layout with the difference only in text. At this moment I see no way how to exclude layout files duplication. It is really annoying to have 20 almost equal layouts. Do you have any idea how to get rid of them? I can use reflection but it doesn't look like a good solution.
