### Describe the Bug
Have use Floccus for a while across browsers and iphone. Couple of issues:
1. Often I have to go reset everything and do pull downs because of the 20% failsafe limits -- but -- I KNOW that there is not that much change, so it really doesn't work that well.
2. Is just not syncing anymore between my main browser (PC, Edge) and my iphone (Floccus app). I have tried pushes from the browser to the server, reentering passwords, pull downs from the server to the iphone, deleted the app and re-installed, etc. It was close, but going into subfolders there were inconsidtencies in the links -- enough so that it's not a true sync. Top level seems okay, but folder links were not synced.
### Expected Behavior
Should sync.
### To Reproduce
Unsure how to answer. It just stopped workng the way it should. Not sure why.
### Debug log provided
- [ ] I have provided a debug log file

Research direction
No source file, test, reproducible steps, or debug log is provided. Start by reproducing the Edge-to-iPhone WebDAV sync failure with floccus 5.10.3 and collect a debug log; done means bookmark links in nested folders sync consistently in both directions.
