Chrome will not sync bookmarks, am using Google Drive as the save point

E018: Couldn't authenticate with the server. | Last synchronized: 17 hours ago

Android has been great since start... but Chrome not working... I have made sure to log into Google on both and set the encryption password to... but nothing working.

### Expected Behavior

I expect to be able to see bookmarks within the chrome extension...

### To Reproduce

no matter how many times I refresh the chrome extension or press the circular sync button at very bottom (have used both with no success) and no matter how many times I refresh the android app or press the circular sync button at top... I still get the same E018: Couldn't authenticate with the server. | Last synchronized: 17 hours ago error message within the chrome extension

Start with the attached debug log and reproduce the E018 authentication failure in the Chrome extension using Google Drive, comparing it with Android's successful sync. Done means Chrome authenticates and displays the six bookmarks after refresh or sync without E018.
