Android App - move and reorder folders

### Describe the feature you'd like to request

Would be great to be able to move the position of the folder: not only change its placement in the folders hierarchy structure, but also change its position in terms of items ordering within its current folder.

### Describe the solution you'd like

Be able to change the position of the folder by long pressing it, or by pressing 3-dots menu -> order items.

### Describe alternatives you've considered

Currently no solution thorugh the app, the only way is to use a browser.
