### Describe the Bug

When I start syncing, the browser stops responding.
I'm using Dia, which is a really nice browser with ai/chat option. And i woul love to use this as my main browser if i can sync my bookmarks with Brave..

### Expected Behavior

Syncing should work in the background, unnoticed.
