### Describe the Bug

I try to switch from Kiwi browser to Microsoft Edge on Android.

On the extension options, it's not possible to:
* Import profile (because I can't choose a file to import)
* Open extension option on a new tab

### Expected Behavior

On the extension options with Edge browser, I would like to be able choose a file for profile import and access extension options a dedicated tab.

### To Reproduce

* Install Edge Canary browser on Android
* Activate developer option by clicking 5 times on version
* On developer option, choose install extension with id
* Install Floccus extension (id = gjkddcofhiifldbllobcamllmanombji)
* On extension option, it's not possible to open option on a dedicated tab
* On extension option, it's not possible to import profile: export file can't be choose
