Description
Currently, we only "read" data from Tempo.
However, this needs to change and we should be able to *write* to Jaeger as an alternative to not depend on Tempo for data ingestion. (via jaeger collector)
For users who need to still use the old configuration, please use 2.x versions in the interim.
