Create a claude skills marketplace for fling

we should make a skills marketplace which holds some claude skills which can automatically be installed and then used to do cool stuff like help agents build, write better code and comments, and more

We should put this in a marketplace so that we can add it easily and have it be installed as a part of the `Init.sh` script for anyone who runs that with claude code installed.

Start by reading the Init.sh script to understand how Claude Code setup currently works. Define the marketplace structure and installation flow for Claude skills, then verify that skills are installed automatically when Init.sh is run with Claude Code available.
