MMD can't process files that contains umlauts in the file name

Description
The command `multimarkdown -b "TestbriefDaniel - Köpie - Kopie.md"` produces the following error `Error reading file 'TestbriefDaniel - K÷pie - Kopie.md'`.
MMD can't handle path-/filenames with umlauts. That should be fixed.
