Upload to bower.

I'm trying to get this plugin on bower or [rails_assets](https://rails-assets.org/#/?query=simplePagination) but getting errors like the following

> simplePagination.js has no versions defined. Please create an issue in component's repository.

I see that version is set in bower.json but it looks like something is wrong with it. Unfortunately I'm not familiar with js ecosystem so I can't help here.

Start by inspecting bower.json, which the issue identifies as containing the version information, and compare its metadata with what Bower or rails-assets expects. Verify that the package is recognized with a defined version and can be uploaded successfully; the reported “no versions defined” error should no longer occur.
