Problem with removing components using manually_refine_components.m

- **Describe the issue that you are experiencing**
- Using the demo_script.m, changed refine_components = false --> true, thereby employing that optional section
- When the script gets to that section, I can add components with no issues, but when I right click to remove a component, the figure space is populated with many purple lines that obscure the image almost entirely which makes the removal of additional components difficult if not impossible. No errors are thrown, though, and pressing enter does advance to the next section successfully.
