spelling and thesaurus values don't fill in correctly

Running latest stable version from flathub on Ubuntu 24.04
TeXstudio 4.8.9 (git 4.8.9)
Using Qt Version 6.9.2, compiled with Qt 6.9.2 R

Initial values after installation in "Options/Configure Texstudio/Language Checking" reference an invalid directory under /app/... When I assign a value manually to the installation directory (var/lib/flatpak/app/org.texstudio.TeXstudio/x86_64/stable/../texstudio) it instead reassigns itself value to non-stable folder under /run/user/

I can get around this by creating my own directory and and putting that value into the config

Start in Options/Configure TeXstudio/Language Checking and compare the initial /app/... value with the manually entered installation path and resulting /run/user/ non-stable value. Reproduce on Ubuntu 24.04 with the Flatpak TeXstudio 4.8.9; done means spelling and thesaurus values persist as the correct installation directory.
