Description
[retroarch.log](https://github.com/flathub/org.libretro.RetroArch/files/11781752/retroarch.log)
I have an arcade cabinet setup with a CRT monitor, and I previously used an ubuntu install with retropie installed. It worked for awhile but eventually incompatibility creeped in between ubuntu updates and retropie and I had to abandon it in favor of a fresh Manjaro install. I'm using EmuDeck to quickly collect and configure most emulators and settings for me and it uses the flatpak of retroarch.
Referencing [This Issue](https://github.com/flathub/org.libretro.RetroArch/issues/183), I am seeing the same behavior even though this should have been addressed when that issue was closed. Please see the attached log, specifically:
[ERROR] XRANDR: <1> (xrandr_timing) [ERROR] missing X11_LIBRARY library.
The native install of retroarch does not have this problem, but it has another issue I couldn't figure out a fix for when led be back to the flatpak version. Please advise.

Research direction
Start by reading the attached retroarch.log, especially the XRANDR error about the missing X11_LIBRARY library, and review issue #183 for the expected fix. Reproduce CRT Switchres with the RetroArch Flatpak on Manjaro, compare it with the native installation, and consider the issue resolved when the Flatpak no longer shows the reported error or the packaging limitation is documented.
