Description

Hi. I tested "Speak whole document" & "Speak current page" options & found that they never worked at all !
I perform:
setting | Accessibility | Speech | Engine
but "Engine" did not detect any thing when I tried it ......
Is this a permission problem or incorrectable limitation of flatpak package ?

I'm on Fedora Linux 30 X64 bit with espeakNG & eSpeak GStreamer multimedia playback both installed on my system ...... I test this issue after receiving last version of Okular: 1.10

Research direction

Reproduce the failure in Okular 1.10 on Fedora Linux 30 with the Flatpak package, espeakNG, and eSpeak GStreamer multimedia playback installed. Start at Settings > Accessibility > Speech > Engine and determine whether the engine detection failure is caused by permissions or a Flatpak limitation. Done means the whole-document and current-page speech options work, or the limitation is clearly documented.
