Interoperation with org.freedesktop.Sdk.Extension.texlive

Hi, if I understand correctly to use [org.freedesktop.Sdk.Extension.texlive](https://github.com/flathub/org.freedesktop.Sdk.Extension.texlive) it is either necessary for the Flatpak package to declare that it can integrate the extension, or you can do so locally (somehow)? If that is so, could the Emacs Flatpak delare that it can make use of the LaTeX extension?
