Deleted audio not clearing.

When I open the app it has all the deleted audio since the issue started added back into the list, even the failed recording I deleted without saving. When hitting the delete button while recording or while a recording is selected removes it from the list but fails to clear it from the default save location, and if you try to rename something to a "deleted" file it prevents you from doing so.

I have tried reinstalling it to check if that would solve the issue but it still persist.
