Description
Hi there
I know there are literally dozens of us out here who would like to use netsend/recieve to interface with purr-data. This doesn't seem possible right now as I think the flatpak is missing the socket=network context. Is not including this a conscious choice around security or incompatibility, or are you open to adding networking capabilities to this flatpak?
Excuse me if I'm misunderstanding something obvious, I'm new to the whole flatpak thing (relatively) and haven't used pd until recently in years. I'm running Fedora 42 so flatpak seemed the obvious installation option, and have spent a while scratching my head as to why I couldn't integrate my patch with my python opencv script. .
Thanks for the hard work and all the best.

Research direction
No file or test is named. Start by inspecting the Purr Data Flatpak configuration and checking how the application currently handles netsend/receive with the Python OpenCV script; done means the Fedora Flatpak can use the required network integration while respecting the project's security policy.
