Wine inside flatpak seems to lack something vulkan-related, perhaps DXVK?

Launching Doom 64's Windows build on Linux with minigalaxy inside the flatpak container gives the error "wine: Call from [some address] to unimplemented function dxgi.dll.CreateDXGIFactory, aborting". Googling around a bit seems to suggest wine implements this function under some circumstances, but it may require expansion libraries (but not native stuff with questionable licensing like winetricks) to be installed. Perhaps they could be added in, if somebody can figure out what it is? I'm guessing it might be either some vulkan-related things, or perhaps the DXVK components. I'm running into this with the 1.3.1 minigalaxy flatpak.
