"Verify hash of binaries" fails

From the settings about tab, clicking the `Verify hash of binaries` button:


I have tested the same with installed DEB package and there's no warnings there. Only on Flatpak installed version the above happens.

Start by reproducing the `Verify hash of binaries` action from the Settings About tab using the Flatpak installation, recording the warning shown in the attached image. Compare its behavior with the installed DEB package and trace the Flatpak-specific packaging or runtime path; done means verification works without the reported warning on Flatpak while the DEB behavior remains unchanged.
