Description
Hi there, i hope this is the right place to ask.
So i upgraded the application upstream (version from 0.0.9 to 0.0.10) and changed the metainfo.xml file [here](https://github.com/msx80/DoorsOfDoomOmicron/blob/main/flatpak/io.github.msx80.DoorsOfDoomOmicron.metainfo.xml) to add a new "release" tag, then here i updated the build script here to point to the latest commit on upstream.
It run the builds without problems (i can see from the log that it built version 0.0.10 which is correct), including "flat-manager/publish" and "flat-manager/update-repo", but the update has not appeared on the main site.
Since 5 days are already passed, i'm starting to think i missed something in the update workflow, but i can't find anything.
Do i need to do anything more beside adding the "release" tag and updating the pointer to upstream commit ?
Thanks

Research direction
Review io.github.msx80.DoorsOfDoomOmicron.metainfo.xml and the build script, then inspect the flat-manager/publish and flat-manager/update-repo build logs. Trace the update workflow from the upstream commit through publication and identify what step prevents version 0.0.10 from appearing on the main site. Done means the release is visible there.
