Syncthingtray not starting / working from a fresh flatpak installation

Opened an issue here as mentionned [here](https://github.com/Martchus/syncthingtray/issues/360#issuecomment-3224091385)

**Relevant components**
Using Syncthingtray from Flathub: 2.0.0-1.-6d854f0

**Bug description**
When starting a freshly installed syncthing, if you choose the guided setup, syncthing will prompt you that there is no configuration file, if you say yes continue to the popup you get to "Select what configuration to apply" and you have only once choice: "Keep settings for how to connect to syncthing and start syncthing as they are" you cannot use the built in syncthing instance anymore, so if you press next to continue with that, you end up with a non functional Syncthingtray.

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Install Syncthingtray from flathub
2 Go through the guided setup with all the default options.

**Expected behavior**
A working syncthing instance configured to work with syncthingtray

Is this normal, i remember just being able to download Syncthingtray, just go through the guided setup and everything worked straight after an install.

**Additional information**

I did make sure to delete .var/app/io.github.martchus.syncthingtray before trying it again to make sure, same problem.
