Issues using deck controls in gaming mode

I tried both Stardrop and StardropForked and they have different issues.

My use case is a steam deck, and I am trying to play SV in gaming mode with the native SV controls, launching via Stardrop or StarDropForked.

In basic Stardrop, when the proton overlay is enabled, there is compatibility with the steam deck controls (yay!) but there is no ability to switch the profile/mod group (no!).

StardropForked has the opposite issue. I am able to configure my mouse and trigger to enable selecting and launching a specific profile/mod group, but it forces me to use the trackpad/mouse (no support for the steam deck controls).

Both have the issue of not being able to edit mod selections or select any of the top menu drop-downs while in gaming mode. While annoying, this is less necessary if the profiles/mod groups are already set.

Mostly would REALLY appreciate the ability to use the gaming mode controls for SV when launching via StardropForked in gaming mode.
