flatpak scratch does Not Save project

The short version is that after an hour or so, I went to save my scratch project -- **`Read Only filesystem`**

I started-up `flatseal` to give the `scratch` app write permission to a working directory. Still seeing read-only or write fail messages.

When ever I try to save under the flatpak app tree, I again see the read-only file system errors.

The latest version is simply a "_demo_" -- If you want to use `scratch` install from the repository.
