Better IPC socket handling

Flatpak Discord appears to be using `socat` to relay the usual IPC socket path to another.

Is this project open to providing compatibility for it? We could mirror this step and relay the sockets to `xdg-run/app/com.discordapp.Discord`.

One benefit is existing Flatpak applications that are already configured for it would hopefully just work.

Willing to attempt implementation if it aligns with the project.
