Should we not grant access to the home file system

Without `home` filesystem access, the application also can be used to view image, but it just cannot identify other images within the folder.

User can override the filesystem access according to their needs to provide folder traversal image capability.

At the same time, `persistent=.config/xnviewmp;` needs to be provided for persistent configuration, as this application dont follow `$XDG_CONFIG_HOME`.
