Messages are not updating on replied thread

**Issue:**
When a user replies to a message and the original message gets edited later, the reply in the thread still references the edited message. However, the content of the reply thread does not update to reflect the changes made to the original message. This can lead to confusion, as replies may be addressing content that no longer exists in the original form.

**Possible Solution:**
When an original message is edited, replies should automatically refresh to reflect the updated content, keeping the conversation context consistent **OR** add a small, visible "Edited" label next to the original message in the thread.
