Steam-overlay causes cursor to disappear

There seems to be another issue, too.

Clicking on the 'buy a key' to open a case in CS:GO causes the overlay to appear automatically but if you buy or cancel the transaction, the mouse disappears when the overlay closes. The cursor *does work*, since you can see the various buttons highlight as you hover over them with the invisible mouse cursor, but you have to either exit the game or hit tilde (~) to open the console in order for it to reappear. Closing the console does not affect the cursor afterwards (i.e. it doesn't disappear again).
